This engagement session is one I had been waiting for, for a L O N G time! From the minute Judy & Danny inquired about booking their wedding, it was determined that their engagement session would be at the Glamis Sand Dunes. And I for one, couldn’t have been more excited for it. The Glamis Sand Dunes have been on my photographer bucket list for such a long time, so getting the opportunity to have an engagement session there was a complete dream!
If you aren’t familiar with where Glamis is, it’s basically on the boarder of California and Arizona. So saying that it was a drive to get there, an understatement! At least it felt longer that it really was because we had to get up S U P E R early to be able to catch the sunrise there. Not only did we have an early wake up call, but it was F R E E Z I N G cold outside! Judy was such a trooper as she braved the cold weather and chilly winds (it was in the mid to high 30s!! NOT including the windchill!). And Danny, too, for trying to keep her as warm as possible in-between shots!
To Judy and Danny, I can’t thank you enough for being so wonderful and braving the cold with smiles on your faces! I’m so glad we got to have your engagement session at the Glamis Sand Dunes. It was so worth everything & I hope you love your photos as much as I do! I can’t wait for your wedding this year and to take some more beautiful pictures of the two of you!
