Newport Beach Engagement Sessions are some of my favorites. Everything about this location is so beautiful and romantic. When Gianna and Eric decided to switch their engagement session location to Newport Beach, I was excited to head back to this flawless place.
I met Gianna, Eric and Chicken (their adorable little pup!) at sunrise. The weather had been rainy, but thankfully the skies cleared and we had clear skies in time for their engagement session. It was a really cold morning in Newport Beach, but Gianna and Eric toughed it out and rocked their session. I loved getting to hear their love story and how they met. Gianna is originally from Boston and met Eric when she moved to Los Angeles. She told me she had never had a boyfriend before Eric, and that she would tell her mom that the reason was because her boyfriend was in California. Lo and behold, Gianna moved to California, met Eric, starting dating, and then they got engaged! She was right on the money & such a sweet story! To top it off, they have decided to get married at the same place where Eric’s parents got married years ago. Seriously?! That’s the sweetest thing ever!
To Gianna & Eric (& Chicken), I can’t wait to photograph your big day in just a couple more months! I already know it’s going to be gorgeous and you’re both going to look absolutely amazing! You, too, Chicken! Thank you for toughing out the cold at your engagement session and for being so sweet! Enjoy your photos!
