When Nanette and Christopher let me know that they had decided on Cal Poly Pomona as their engagement session location, I was thrilled! Cal Poly Pomona is where I went to college (go Broncos!)! The fact that being a Bronco is something that I share with Nanette and Christopher, made it all the more better to be back at Cal Poly with them for the first time in YEARS.
Let me tell you something. These two are the absolute cutest together! The whole session was spent giggling! So much so that Nanette would get side cramps from laughing so much! It was adorable to see how happy Christopher made her, and how easily he’s able to make her laugh!
Having the engagement session at Cal Poly Pomona was so fun, too! I had forgotten how many great locations it offers! Nanette is currently in grad school for being a nutritionist, so it was only natural that she wanted to start the session at the Farm Store. It was perfectly located between a lavender field and a orange grove. I mean, what more could I have asked for?! And having Nanette explain to me all the different species of fruits around the farm, was such a great experience! I was even sent home with some freshly picked tangerines! Yum!
Christopher also brought along a pretty sweet project he’s been working on for 3 years! His classic 1930’s mustang! He mentioned that when he got it, it didn’t even start, let alone run! It was such a fun addition to the session!
Nanette, and Christopher: I had such a great time with you, and being back at Cal Poly with the both of you was perfect! Thank goodness, I hadn’t been back alone because I would have gotten lost! SO much change! Thank you, Nanette, for being the perfect tour guide haha! The both of you are so fun together, and I can’t wait for your big day! Enjoy your photos!
